How to read this index
Championship A ranks developers on time-averaged power density at their design point. No private developer has yet disclosed a matched power-and-volume pair, so that ranking is deliberately empty for now.
Championship B is the evidence grade, E1 to E5. It rates how much of a company's technical claim has actually been shown, and it is always published beside — never blended into — the number.
Data confidence, separately, rates how well we sourced each row. Every row carries its sources, both ratings and an as-of date, and every company is invited to correct its own row.
